Most of our products are made to order just for you. This helps us reduce waste while ensuring every item receives the attention it deserves.

How long will my order take?

Most orders are created and shipped within 5–10 business days. Custom orders and larger requests may take a little longer, but we'll keep you updated throughout the process.

Can I return a personalized item?

Because many of our products are made specifically for you, personalized or custom items cannot usually be returned unless they arrive damaged or there's an error on our part.

Every design begins with us. We create and carefully review every design before it reaches our customers.

Most items are handcrafted or produced to order. For select large-volume orders, we may partner with trusted production providers, but we always maintain control of the artwork, product selection, and quality standards before offering anything under the Jay&Me Crafted name.
